Absolute Ocean Charters are subject to the following conditions:
- To secure your fishing booking we require a minimum 50% deposit at time of booking either by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
- To secure your whale watching or eco cruise booking we require a minimum 100% deposit at time of booking either by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
- For exclusive private charters, we require a $1000 deposit at time of booking with full payment due 7 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- AOC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If any of our tours are cancelled due to bad weather, safety issues or insufficient numbers you will be offered a spot on the next tour available or you will receive a full refund.
- If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason and give 72 or more hours notice prior to tour departure date we will refund your payment in full. If you give us less than 72 hours notice but at least 24 hours notice prior to tour departure date we will refund your payment less a 50% cancellation charge. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure date or tours purchased but not utilised.
- Credit card and Booking fees are non-refundable. All cancellations involving credit card payments will have their refund managed accordingly as per the above conditions, minus a software processing fee (booking fee) of 2%. These fees are absorbed by our software management company Rezdy, not by Absolute Ocean Charters.
- For exclusive private charters, cancellations without penalty can be made up until 7 days prior to departure.
Liability Agreement
- All participants in any AOC tour accept to do so at their own risk, and assume full responsibility for each of the risks and dangers that may arise during or out of their participation in any tour.
- All participants accept that they are in good health and physical condition suitable to participate in any tour.
- All participants have informed AOC of any personal conditions or requirements that may affect their participation in any tour.
