A minimum 50% deposit at time of booking is required either by credit card or cash to secure bookings.
Absolute Ocean Charters reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
In the event of the skipper cancelling a charter you can either reschedule your trip for another day, take a gift voucher for a future trip or receive a full refund.
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made by the passenger no less than 48 hrs prior to charter.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made by the passenger less than 48 hrs prior to charter. |
